Olivier Fricker also advises clients from abroad who are moving to Switzerland, and families who live and invest internationally from Switzerland. To do so, he works with legal and tax advisers in the countries concerned.
Moving to Switzerland raises many questions at once: canton of residence, taxes, pensions and coordination with your previous country of residence. Olivier Fricker supports this planning from the outset.
Living, investing or running a business internationally from Switzerland calls for planning that holds up across borders: double tax treaties, inheritance and matrimonial law with an international dimension, and structures such as trusts and foundations.
He also supports Swiss nationals and expats who leave Switzerland: from the tax consequences of departure and pension assets to restructuring wealth in the new country of residence.
